The Chambers has everything you’ll need for a luxurious Melbourne getaway. We are located less than a hundred meters from the best cafes, restaurants, art galleries and shopping of Chapel St and Toorak Rd. Furthermore, South Yarra Station and numerous trams are less than a 5 min walk.

Moreover to add to the convenience of The Chambers, the quintessential Melbourne trams are located just a couple hundred meters away on both Toorak Road and Chapel Street. On The Chambers premises are 2 parking spots (one garage space and the other is open air). Our car spaces are suitable for small to compact-sized vehicles. There are numerous off-street public parking lots available however these are first-come first serve, as well as larger car parks located at Como House and Jam Factory. As our general rule, we do not allow for parties or gatherings at The Chambers. The Chambers is a private home on a quiet street and we have neighbors within very close proximity. We would like to reiterate that there is a strictly NO parties, gatherings or non-registered guests/visitors rule.
GUEST NUMBERS: The number of guests booked on the reservation is the head count allowed on the premises. We do however understand that plans change and need to be adjusted. If you are adding people to your reservation, the maximum number allowed in our house is 9 pax. Please write to us at least 48-hours before check-in of the updated guest count and we can assist you to make the Booking Modification on the Airbnb platform.
VISITORS: Regarding non-registered guests/visitors, generally we do not allow for this. If however you must have visitors over for certain reasons, you MUST seek advanced approval from us, in writing, via the Airbnb platform. This must be done at the booking stage or at least 48-hours before check-in. It is up to the host to approve the request at our sole discretion. Non-registered guests/visitors strictly cannot stay overnight.
If the booking is found to host any extra persons on the property, then we will kindly advise you that under our house rules, we reserve the right to: – immediately inform Airbnb of the violation – cancel your booking without refund – alert the authorities (if necessary) and; – pursue any cost of damages to the property.
QUIET TIME: There is to be no noise which could disturb our neighbors outside of the property between 9pm-9am to respect our community.
CCTV AND SECURITY: For the host and guests benefit, we have a smart security system that allows us to monitor the outside of the premises remotely. This safeguards our guests’ and also helps us to ensure that the house rules are being followed. Also based on Airbnb rules, neighbors are also allowed to report any suspicious activities or noise complaints that would also warrant a violation to the property rules.
DAMAGES: If any property at The Chambers is damaged under any circumstances, please let us know immediately. The cost of damages will be advised to Airbnb/Guest for follow up action.
